strip-afq Charm’s Rapid One Step Assay (ROSA) Aflatoxin Quantitative Test for use with Methanol Extraction is the first GIPSA (Grain Inspection Packers & Stockyards Administration) approved lateral flow test used to quantitate the levels of aflatoxin in grain. The test is simple to perform and yields results in 10 minutes. Just add the sample extract to the AFQ strip, incubate 10 minutes, and read the strip on the ROSA-M Reader. Print or download results in ppb to any spreadsheet.
