Luminometers
Charm offers a hand-held luminometer, novaLUM, for Charm’s bio/chemiluminescence applications for ATP hygiene monitoring, ATP water quality, ATP-based allergen control, pasteurization verification and pesticide detection. Another luminometer, the Charm EPIC system, is a microplate luminometer specifically designed for rapid microbial assessment of UHT, ESL, and aseptically processed beverage and liquid products (end products). Charm luminometers all utilize high performance photomultiplier tube technology, providing optimal sensitivity to photon detection.

EPIC
Charm EPIC is a new generation microplate bioluminescence system that rapidly predicts spoilage in shelf-stable, UHT, and extended shelf-life (ESL) beverage products. Fusing speed and sensitivity, EPIC positively impacts the bottom line compared to conventional microbiological methods, enabling faster 36 hour product release from warehouse, reducing process line downtime, and providing more time for remediation.
